Abstract
Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menganalisis usability pada website Shopee dengan metode heuristic evaluation guna mengetahui kekurangan dari website Shopee berdasarkan sepuluh prinsip heuristik. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data yang disebarkan melalui media sosial, dengan jumlah 20 pertanyaan, dengan 127 responden berusia 17-22 tahun, 38 responden berusia 23-27 tahun, 6 responden berusia 28-32 tahun, dan 9 responden berusia lebih dari 33 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil rata-rata persentase responden dengan metode heuristic evaluation pada website Shopee memiliki nilai persentase sebesar 83,7% dari hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat usability pada website Shopee dalam kualifikasi baik dan berhasil.
