Abstract
Persaingan antar tempat tinggal sewa ini mengharuskan para pemilik untuk mempunyai strategi menarik minat konsumen. Mulai dari proses pemasaran, reservasi hingga kemudahan bertransaksi. Website yang di bangun menyediakan fasilitas reservasi secara online. Sistem pemasaran dengan berbasis web ditambah terdapat fitur share ke media sosial dinilai dapat mengankat pengunjung. Proses pembayaran yang juga terbilang mudah dengan transfer antar bank melalui atm tanpa harus datang langsung ke homestay. Aplikasi yang dibangun ini telah menyediakan berbagai informasi mengenai homestay, fasilitas homestay dan ditambah proes reservasi yang mudah tanpa mengharuskan pengunjung datang langsung ke homestay. Kata Kunci : Homestay, Reservasi, Sistem Informasi, Web.
