Abstract

Program Aplikasi Teks Editor merupakan sebuah tool yang digunakan sebagai program pengolah kata dan juga sekaligus sebagai web browser, serta berkemampuan sebagai html editor menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi teks editor ini digunakan beberapa perangkat lunak pendukung yaitu sistem operasi Windows Vista dan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Alur logika dari sistem aplikasi teks editor ini pertama-tama user akan disajikan sebuah form dimana terdapat tiga tipe yang ingin dijalankan yaitu tipe Teks Editor, tipe Internet Explorer dan tipe Html Editor. Di dalam form tersebut juga terdapat beberapa menu utama yang diantaranya terdapat menu New yang digunakan untuk membuka dokumen baru, menu Edit yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengeditan, menu Format yang digunakan untuk mengatur huruf dan posisi teks, serta menu Print yang digunakan untuk mencetak dokumen yang mendukung beberapa format seperti: *.txt, *.rtf dan *.html.
