Abstract
Progressive Web Apps merupakan sebuah terobosan teknologi untuk mengembangkan aplikasi web yang dapat berjalanan tanpa perlu terikat dengan ketersediaan internet. Saat ini banyak rumah sakit yang masih menggunakan sistem monitoring yang terikat pada jaringan internet. Sehingga dokter kesulitan memonitoring pasien ketika sedang bertugas di luar rumah sakit apabila terjadinya keterbatasan jaringan internet. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka dibuatnya penelitian ini guna menciptakan sebuah prototype sistem yang dapat dikembangkan lebih jauh lagi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang muncul. Prototype sistem ini dibuat dengan menerapkan teknologi progressive web apps dengan menggunakan fitur offline storage yang terdapat pada teknologi progressive web apps. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa prototype sistem informasi monitoring pasien menggunakan teknologi progressive web apps yang dapat di akses secara offline setelah di akses secara online sebelumnya. Prototype sistem dapat di jalankan pada berbagai macam platform. Kata kunci : cache api, indexedDB, monitoring, progressive web apps, sistem informasi
